My friend has them and says that they are comfy but they don't work-maybe if you walk a lot in them, there is a benefit, but I am not sure-this is just what she told me.

I don't know about them working but they are comfy. I found my back didn't hurt as much as usual after walking around SeaWorld in them all day. I really love my Reefs though too!

I don't know exactly what they're supposed to do for my legs but they are like wearing sneakers. I actually just walked around in them all day in Disney because they are more comfortable than my sneakers.

I just bought a pair tonight because I was having lower back pain. My mom swears that her back is so much better when she wears them. Let me tell you...i've been wearing them for 2 hours now and it's the best I've felt in two weeks....I seriously hope it's not a fluke.
