Fitness Shoes like Shape ups, Easy tone?
yay or nay?
Waste of money or did you find they made a difference?

I bought the MBT ones last year after having my DD. I thought they would be great to wear while walking her around the neighborhood in her stroller.
They were comfortable but I cant say I ever saw any noticable difference with using them. Thankfully, I had gotten them real cheap on eBay.

I have Shape ups and I don't feel like there's a difference but I do find the shoes very comfy and I like the little bit of extra height they gave me. So I figure why not wear them? I'm sure they do help to some degree but I would not count on them for losing weight.
