I am very upset for my mother bc a good friend of hers and my father (my dads recently deceased) wanted to put in this fabulous toilet and put up brand new tiles on the wall. The jobs been done for approx 3 months and its all falling apart. This man thinks its my moms problem. My dad would have given him it if he knew he left my mom like this. Does anyone know anyone that could fix a toilet (chain inside keeps falling off...its brand new) and the corking in the wall is falling out of the tiles. any info would be appreciated. TIA
