Fixing Yucky grout
The bathroom in our co-op is giving me such a headache! The grout is pretty discolored. What can I use to make it white again? I've cleaned it with Kaboom and its not "dirt" or grime or anything like that...its just very discolored. We went to Home Depot today but I couldnt' find anything to help with this there...only stuff for putting in new tile. HELP!!!!!!

Re: Fixing Yucky grout
Try this - and I swear if it doesn't work I will come and clean your bathroom myself.
Go get Scrubbing Bubbles - spray that on the grout and let it get nice and foamy. Then take Mr. Cleans Magic Eraser and with a little muscle start scrubbing the grout. I'm telling you - it will make it nice and pretty again.

Re: Fixing Yucky grout
Tilex in the blue bottle. If that doesn't work, nothing will. SPray it on and let it sit a while, then scub it with a brush.

Re: Fixing Yucky grout
Home depot sells a grout cleaner. It smells terrible, but it works really well.

I used it works great. Sorry the Grout paint. It looks like shoe polish I bought it @ Home Depot.

I'd love to but he already has a huge list of things to do...I figured I might actually be able to handle this job myself!
