You should draft an email immediately while everything is fresh in your mind. Send it to your personnel manager & your personal email address so you have copies with a time/date stamp on it.

definitely report it on monday. I dont think u should ignore it. I personally would feel threatened by someone yelling at me and then punching walls and throwing things. I know u r giving her credit for mental problems but not when she is endangering you. She needs help. She isnt getting what she needs if she is tantruming that badly.

Definitely report it. Was anyone else around to observe her little fit?? Sounds like no one likes her, so if there were any other witnesses ask them to jot down what they saw too, so the boss doesn't just think you are out to get her!!
