Fleece Lined Leggings

I have no idea why this is, but every single pair of fleece lined leggings I have owned has fit horribly.

All I am looking for is a regular pair of leggings with fleece on the inside. Is that so hard?

I got some in Target last year and after a few wears they RAN. Like pantyhose or tights. A run right up the ass crack. Hot! Chat Icon

I bought some on Amazon before that and they were so oddly cut. Like they felt like they were falling down in the back, but higher in the front. They had no tag to indicate front vs back, so I turned them around. They felt exactly the same though.
Strange.
They also feel like they are too short waisted for me- like they aren't sitting on my thighs
and crotch where they should be

So I tried a pair from Closet Candy this year. They got rave reviews.
They fit EXACTLY like the ones from Amazon.
That odd, too low in the back , higher in the front- almost like you have them on backwards. but if you turn them around they still feel the same. And the too short crotch.

I never ever have this issue with regular leggings. Why can't they just make fleece lined ones fit like normal ones- just with fleece inside.
Is that so hard?

Anyone have any luck with finding normal fitting fleece lined leggings?

I can’t find ones that fit either. Fit like a saggy diaper onme ! Hahahaha on that note, I found a pair of black leggings at Costco and they are awesome!

HA! Ditto. And I think I had ONE pair years ago that fit well the first time I wore them... then I washed them... on cold... and laid them out to dry. They shrunk and fit horribly. Chat Icon

Re: Fleece Lined Leggings

See so it's not just me.
I have issues with things fitting me sometimes (Maybe I'm a freak of nature!) so I thought maybe it was just me.

Glad to see it's not.

But what is so confusing is- why only fleece lined?
Like why can't they just make them fit like regular leggings and just line them with fleece?

It seems like a no brainer.
But maybe i am missing something.

It sucks too because they definitely help in the cold biting wind!

funny I never bought fleece leggings but just ordered my DD some from children's place. I bought a few different sizes and none fit right. She can't get them over her a$$ and she's a twig!

Re: Fleece Lined Leggings

I am no help. I can’t own a pair of leggings for more than a month without my thigh friction causing little fuzz balls and eventually holes

Forget abot fit ... how about ones with better material in the inner thighs

Here you go, I'm short, and these are quite long on me, but I just fold them under or put boots on

Re: Fleece Lined Leggings

I have two pairs that I bought from a boutique seller on Jane.com and they do fit kinda weird. like always sliding down.

Not as bad as you describe, but definitely different from regular leggings

I think fleece is a weird fabric. It doesn't really stretch much so that seems like it would be tough to make leggings out of it. I can't imagine wearing them either . . . Fleece it doesn't breath and just the thought of it makes me sweaty and claustrophobic.

That could be why they all fit strangely.
The ones I have are only fleece inside and look like regular leggings on the outside.
I only wear them when it's super cold out...like when the wind cuts right through my regular leggings.

I get mine from Jane.com. I must have 8 pairs and I don’t have an issue with them falling down.

Kohls has a brand called pink republic. Just got some on sale for 6.99 and they're really comfy.

Eta they're Juniors sizing, so I sized up a couple sizes from my usual size.

Oh! A New Day is a new brand there so they must be different than the ones that I tried last year.
I will take a look.

Totally unrelated but I just bought a few scoop-neck tees and long-sleeve shirts, they are sooooooo softtttttttttttttttt. They're all A New Day.

This! My best pair of leggings are from Walgreens...West Loop brand..had them 5 years and no pilling or ripping and they are completely opaque..They also make the most awesome tights that never rip or run...anyway..I always see fleece lined leggings there.. maybe worth a shot!

Yeah and they're on sale for like 2/$10. My only complaint is I find them to be cut very small!

This...I've bought a few pairs from Walgreens in the past, and they do run very small, and the crotch tends to sag on me.
