Flexible Work Arrangements

Does anyone here have flexible work arrangements at the job. Do you work from home some days? Can you work whatever hours you choose as long as you bill x amount of hours?

Read the article attached I thought it was interesting.

Would you prefer flexible arrangements or a standard schedule?

I personally work from home two days a week and my boss has told us we need to be online always but as long as we are billing our hours each week she doesn't care when we're doing our work.

I did have a job like this, but only because I insisted on it & could prove that I was jsut as productive if working from home. I liked it, but I also was not "around" alot & missed alot of the day to day, which was important in that office. I would do it again, but in a different field I think.

I can have a flex sched but I tend to always come in the same times.

But it's good to know it's there

Kind of. I'm a set hours kind of girl. But I can work from home if I want or come in the office. As long as I'm filling positions it really doesn't matter.

I've been in the office a lot lately so you can see how well I'm doing

I do.

I work a full week Mon-Fri 7am-6pm
Then a short week Mon-Wed 7am-6pm

I'm off every other Thur-Fri
