Flounder
Anyone have any good Flounder recipes or Marinades I can use? Thanks

this is how I make my tilapia but you can do the same thing with flounder:
use pieces of foil large enough to wrap each piece of fish individually, spray each piece of foil with a non stick cooking spray. Put the fish in the center of the foil, sprinkle front and back with, salt, pepper, garlic, basil, oregano and potlatch seasoning (it's a seasoning they sell at williams sonoma, it is yummy on fish, that's what it's made for!), then spritz a little bit of lemon on each piece of fish, and pour a little bit of cooking white wine on top, stick a tiny bit of butter on top of the fish and fold the foil so the fish is covered, first lengthwise, then the bottom and top edges. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes on 350 depending on how thick the fish is.
