Flowers in a Can? - I added some pics of non-can flowers
Have any of you bought/used the flowers in a can? Its a can full of wild flower seeds that you just sprinkle on the dirt and they are supposed to grow.
I bought a can in Lowes and figured what the heck - they grew SO well! The pic in my avatar is one of the many flowers that have grown.
There were so many we had to pull some of them out!

Really! I always wanted to get that for in front of a small picket fence I have at the far end of my property. Its there to hide teh woods but never bought teh can bc I didnt think it would work but now I think I will pick it up tonight.

WOw! I love that flower. I bought some regular seeds and they never grew Maybe I will have better luck with those. Do you have any more pictures?

Those are beautiful!!
We've used the "butterfly rolls" this year - they are like green moss that you put in a planter or the ground and wild flowers form. They've done really well for us too!!

I plan on doing this when our fence is up (it'll be a chainlink) so DH won't have to mow so much lawn!

Cheryl - I LOVE Black eyed Susans...We have them in our yard too but I dont have any pics of them at work.
