Flying w kids...where do you prefer to sit on the plane?

Front, middle, or back of plane? Ive never flown w the kids so before i book i just wanted to get opinions. Its a 2 hr flight to orlando so not too bad length wise. My kids will be 4.5 and 22 months when we go.

Front. The back of the planes bother me. My DD hated it the one time we were in the back. Much louder and she said it felt bouncier. The front is also easier to get off.

I always put us as far front as I can. I like to get on last and off first. But we have sat in the back for last minute trips. It's not the worst, but it is definitely noisier and you gave yo wait for the whole plane to get off before you.

The middle...my mom always told me that the middle, near exit rows in case of an emergency.

I think the front is my first reaction bc of being able to get off quickly.. But I have sat in the back with kids before and it can almost be a little less stressful bc I was able to let my little one stand in the walkway here and there and not really bother anyone, it was close to a bathroom for my older one and there were more empty seats in the back. For my next trip we are flying southwest and I might even go straight to one of the last seats and hope people fill up the front first lol

I always like to sit in the front. So when we travel with DS I still like the front.

Front. It gets too crowded in the back with the bathroom line.
