Folic Acid and severe constipation
Anyone else have this problem?

I want to add that folic acid shouldn't cause constipation...I take 10 times the normal pregnant woman (or what is in a prenatal), and have no problems. Taking the correct amount of folic acid actually relieves constipation.
I HAVE to take extra folic acid, but before taking extra folic acid always check with your doctor for the right amount. Too much can be bad for you.
