Follow up to my previous post: what is your nap and bedtime routine/schedule for DC at 4 months?
As I mentioned in a previous post, DD is almost 4 months and I am having a very hard time getting her to fall asleep. For bedtime, she stays asleep ok, but has a hard time falling asleep. For naps, she has a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep. She is just very aware of things now.
I have a bedtime routine, no napping routine though, and I wonder if my routine is strict enough.
Can you please share your nap and bedtime routine/schedule for DC at around 4 months?
