Follow up to my T. Marzetti's Blue Cheese Post
so i emailed them yesterday to see if their blue cheese is pasteurized since this is my fav blue cheese and here is their response:
"Thank you for your e-mail regarding our Marzetti Ultimate Blue Cheese Dressing.
Although the final cheese product is not pasteurized, it is made from pasteurized milk. We do not use raw
milk ingredients.
Thank you again for taking the time to write us."
so what does this mean?? is it pasteurized or not???????

The components are pasteurized so I think it is fine. It is up to you though.
