Food Allergy Parents: Label Rave
I ordered these Allergy Alert Labels for Andy's lunch bag and backpack. They are fantastic. The teachers saw them right away and said that it was a good reminder for them that he's food allergic.
Just wanted to share!

Is Andy in Kindergarten now? How is it going so far? Does he ride on the school bus? I'm already worried about Emily for next year - mainly to go on the bus unattended. I am thinking about driving her instead.

No, he's just in nursery school.
I have a friend that I think you know too - Lori, she's got Terrence & Julia who is egg & peanut allergic. I could swear she mentioned meeting a Teri who has 2 FA kids.
Anyway, her son started Kindy at Grace this year. He's the first kid on the bus, she followed the bus to school the first day to make sure he was safe. She said that made her feel a lot better.

OMG I do know Lori! I met her over the summer in town, what a small world!
I didn't realize her son was starting K at Grace too.
I need to call my district and find out how they handle this. I'm so tempted to keep Em at Grace but I know it's $$$ for K+.
Do you see Lori a lot? Tell her I say hello!
