Food for 1st Birthday??
I want to order a hero and then maybe have 2 hot dishes. I was thinking about either making ziti or ordering it and 1 other dish along. Should I order pizza for the kids?? What kid friendly stuff can I make that still takes good left out or in sternos??
Where can I get really good food in the Suffolk area. I don't want to go crazy as it's really for the kids.
Where can I get a really good cake?? I read some stuff about Audrey's bakery in Sayville, are they good?? Expensive?? Sorry for so many questions I just always wait until the last min as the party is Sat.

Re: Food for 1st Birthday??
I usually make homemade Mac n cheese for the kids and a big bag of chk nuggets from Costco . Everyone loves the mac n cheese even the adults. And Audreys in Sayville is awesome and pricewise I would say they are average for a good bakery.

No help for the food because we just do pizza for kids parties along with some chicken fries. But for the bakery I love A&G it's in No. Babylon on Deer Park Rd. I do not find them to be expensive and it's very yummy `

Re: Food for 1st Birthday??
I only get my cakes from Audreys. It is more than the avergae but oooooooooh so worth it!!! I tried Mahattan Sweets in Islip and I didn't like the cake at all.
Oh and by the way I get my heros from A&S Italian Pork store right up the road from Audreys. To die for! Delish!!!
That's exactkly what I am doing for DD's 1st Birthday in May.

Awesome choice too. ML's Market is very good too!
Audrey's isn;t far from you at all Kate. Just take Broadway all the way to the end and make a right onto main st. It'll be down on your right hand side.
