Food Help needed
DD is just over 12 months and pretty much has no interest in baby food...I can get her to eat the Banana peach granola or Apple Vanilla Mixed Grain from Gerber, but that's about it..
She kind of stopped liking the food a while ago (a solid month or so), so we've been going with it and trying to transition to table food...
But she doesn't really eat much. For breakfast, we're still giving her baby cereal just to ensure she's getting SOME nutrients...
And she picks at lunch...same for dinner. She'll eat snacks like Cheerios, Puffs, Crackers, etc. all day, but I worry she isn't getting enough nutrition...
Anyone have any suggestions on getting her to eat more regular food??

Re: Food Help needed
what are the reg. foods she does like? take those and incorporate them with other foods and then maybe shell be more responsive to eating.

Re: Food Help needed
My daughter is a really good eater, but I find she tries to eat snacks all day long...occasionally I have to limit the snacks so that she will eat better at meals. I try to only do healthy snacks, like cheese, grapes, steamed veggies, hummus, etc.
