Food on Christmas Eve
What are you ladies doing regarding food for tonight? You know all the fish, shrimp, etc....YUM YUM but yes or no...is it ok as long as its cooked and not raw...Im always unsure

I'm doing the cooking so I know that I couldn't have anything raw (we are big ceviche fans for xmas eve), so I'm making "pregnancy safe" foods. Cooked meats, macaroni & cheese, rice.
My sister is making a shrimp with pasta dish, but that's ok so eat.

I have not had seafood in so long in preparation for today.
I am making rice balls, calamari and lobster tails.
