Foot cramps
anyone getting them? I had the worst in BOTH feet today on the way home fromt he store. I was screaming ( thank GOD I wasnt driving!!!  )
DH had to pull over and try to help me get rid of them, the pain was so bad. We ended up making it home and I was in tears fromt he pain....after walking around, hopping in the living room for 20 minutes almost they passed.
WHAT can I do to avoid this? Anyone know?
I was wearing shoes I wear all the time?

regualr foot massages from DH. I would say at least three times a day
and plenty of fluids, and keep moving to keep the circulation.

But Im not suppossed to be moving too much  
I am moving my foot though like a mad women on crack who is extremly nervous...
