Foot Sweeling and tingles
Hello ladies,
I am currently 34 weeks with twins and I am experiencing swelling in my right foot and ankle to the point I almost cant bend my toesl Now I am feeling pins and needles in that foot as well. I called the dr office before and the receptionist said to keep it elevated and drink plenty of fluids.
Should I be nervous about this and call again and demand to have the dr to call me or should I just wait it out.....
also not to be gross I have had diarrhea non stop for the past week.....
I am so done with being pregnant..and being uncomfortable...any advice would be appreciated.

Re: Foot Sweeling and tingles
If the swelling hasn't gone down I would call back. I am 36 weeks and went to the Dr yesterday and he noticed that my right foot was a bit swollen (doesn't sound as bad as yours)and mentioned that it could be a sign of pre-eclampsia but since my blood pressure was low he wasn't worried. It can't hurt to call back to voice your concern.

Re: Foot Sweeling and tingles
I'm going through EXACTLY the same thing. I called my doctor and she told me to try to sleep on my left side only...I still switch sides and the swelling is getting a little smaller but it still swells up...nothing you can do but try to stay off your feet.
ETA: As long as your blood pressure is ok the doctor will not be concerned...
