I ended up at Childrens Place in the source and got a bunch of Pjs.. one was 99 cents!!  I wish i knew that before I got to register.. i would have grabbed more.
Then I went to carters and got a bunch with the rubber on the bottoms.. love them, b/c dd is trying to walk, so extra grippy is always great.

I just bought some inexpensive pairs at Costco in Melville yesterday. Sizes 0-9mos were $5.97 and sizes 12mos-4T were $6.97.
ETA: They are Little Me brand.

Not sure how old your DC is, but Kmart sells the 3 packs of Small Wonders lightweight sleepers and they wash well and are comfy.

Im gonna cry when DD cant fit into Childrens place PJs.. She will ONLY wear them if they are feety and I swear she knows the difference from Childrens Place ones and others..
