Its a teething toy. I dont know how to post pics But if you do a search on here you will see a ton of posts on her lol. My dd just started to teethe and cant get enough of this toy

OMG...Sophie has been a lifesaver for my DD for the past 2 months! She is obsessed with her and we NEVER leave home without her! One day i thought I lost her and I freaked out!
