for everyone that gave me ideas for Sd's graduation party-review & PICS!
As usual LIF was my source for great ideas!

Graduation party
The weather was PERFECT after it poured all day on Friday but it was a scramble to get everything set up.
Her school colors are green/yellow and their teams are the "fighting owls" so we used green and yellow and owl theme. I made about 90% of the decor & I forgot to take pictures completely of a lot of stuff or I only took a blackberry pic :(
We used Lials for transportation
14 teenagers from Lynbrook to Ridge and back. They did a great job. She had a handful of other friends that drove themselves.
I copied a lot of ideas from pinterest, like the paper lantern owls, I bought them on ebay & decorated them myself
DIY photobooth was a HUGE hit. They took hundreds of pics with our camera & their own. I made all of the props from clip art or on publisher printed on cardstock, cut and glued them onto felt.
a few store bought things like a mask & boa. DH made the back drop from three pieces of plywood I covered with plastic table covers
Karaoke machine on deck, so easy to set up and they loved it.
the Yummie Mobile was the best. You basically rent the truck, it comes to you can serves dessert you provide. We had tons of cupcakes.
Smore Station, I didn't get any pictures of them making the smores but they were covered in marshmellow & chocolate by the time they got on the bus to leave.
I ordered the cupcake toppers & water bottle labels from an etsy vendor that was great.
The favors were awesome-thank you for giving me this idea. I ordered custom USB drives online USBmemorydirect.com really fast turnaround time great price. I also gave them highlighters & post it notes :) and some candy. I decorated the favor bags.

I remember your posts in the past about what an excellent student she was.
Thanks, she's going to the school of business, University at Albany. She's really bright but hasn't been such a movtivated student recently. Her test scores were excellent though. We're hoping she's more focused now. We just went to orientation last week, she's going to love it there.

Good luck to her! I know a lot of people who went there, who loved it.
My boss got his BA degree from there, and got into NYU for his Master's.
He's a pretty successful guy now!

Its so easy, search free photobooth prop printables and use word clip art to make word bubbles and other stuff. The moustashes were actually scrapbooking stickers  that I found at micheals. I glued everything onto felt or cardstock and then glued on the dowel.
