For ladies delivering at Stonybrook...(or know anyone that did)

My husband said he heard that they have a photographer go around and do newborn pictures in the hospital. It is definitely something I want done and had no idea they did that there. Do you know anyone who has got them done there and how they turned out? I know they are expensive so I would like to go on recommendations. If it's not worth it I will wait and do it after we come home from hospital. Thanks!

I may be wrong, but I think they take them and put them online and you can decide then if you want to order them. The cool thing is they are online so out of town family and friends can look at them. Here is the link to the newest arrivals at Stonybrook

Gavin's were done there 2 days ago. They use Our365.com. She came in and spent about 15 minutes with him - she used the blanket/hat that I brought from home and asked if I wanted anything special. They're really nice for hospital photos, but I wouldn't compare them to a NB session. I got a $30 package - 1 pose, a few sheets. Nothing crazy!

eta: the packages are a little cheaper @ the hospital than they are online. Plus the photog gets a bonus, and I liked her, so I ordered there.

They were ok. At the time they came to take the pics I had to go to that newborn class so DH went with the baby. The pics are just ok and I'm only saying that because DS had some gunk in his eye. DH didn't see it and I guess the photo people didn't either? It's in every pic. Thought the pics were a little expensive to buy... But I did lol!
