When did you put on? right away or did you wait until most of the heavy bleedign was done?

I wore them with dresses, but not just around the house. I don't think the compression is enough to permanently do anything if that's what you're going for.

My BFF wore some type of girdle after her DS was born, but it wasn't Spanx.

oh darn it.. I was hoping I could just wear that everyday.. I tried the post partum belt last time and it was soo uncomfortable to wear.
