? for Mother's Milk Tea Drinkers
I just bought the mother's milk tea the other day and have a few questions for those of you who have been using it for awhile.
1. How many times a day do you drink the tea?
2. Do you sweeten with honey or just drink it as is?
3. How long did it take for you to notice an increase in your supply?

I put honey it in if I drink it when it is warm. It took a while for me to get past the smell. I actually think it tastes better cool. I noticed an increase within a few hours of drinking it.
I would drink it in the late afternoon because I noticed my evening supply wasn't that great. It really helped. I did drink it 3 times a day for a short time. Now I only drink it when I feel like I have a low supply.

I will have to try it cool rather than hot-I'm getting used to the smell now
