? for my fellow disney travelers
going 2 disney in May with DS who will be 3 1/2mths old...my question is this:
can u recommend the most conveinent stroller for this long weekend? we're totally willing 2 get another stroller for traveling.
keep in mind, we're staying on-site -- no car, just disney transportation!
TIA

Where are you staying? Do you have to take the bus everywhere?
We are going in September and DD will be 15 months. My parents got a Metro lite we will be using - we are at the Polynesian so we can roll her onto the monorail - and we have a car for the other parks.
If you are staying at a non monorail hotel I would get something that folds easily and isn't too big b/c you will need to fold it to get on the buses.
Also look for something that has a good sun cover. I would have brought my zippy but i didn't want to chance it getting stolen.
Mclarens are good for the buses - but not sure the best for a 3 1/2 month old - unless you get the techno which reclines - but doesn't have a lot of basket room.
What do you normally use?

Is he still in the infant carrier? If so I would use a snap and go. I have seen so many people with them in Disney.

Re: ? for my fellow disney travelers
im thinking maybe one like this where you can use his car seat so you can pop it out if you need to put him like on a bench or seat at a restaurant or something?
and its small enough you can bring it around most places i think

Re: ? for my fellow disney travelers
Thanks, Ladies! I was thinking we should get a lightweight stroller....
I have a snap & go, but that won't help much for sun protection. all i'd have is the car seat canopy and that wouldn't be enough in FL.
right now we have the graco quattro. great stroller -- but bulky!
any specific suggestions? does anyone have a lightweight stroller that is snugride compatible that they just love??

Re: ? for my fellow disney travelers
We bought this Combi stroller last year for our trip to Florida and I now use it as my everyday stroller. It folds up so you can throw it right over your shoulder with the strap. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the reclining. It doesn't sit all the way straight up, and doesn't recline all the way to laying down. But DS doesn't seem to mind either way. He usually awake when he's in it, but he has slept in it too.
