for people who found out the baby's sex the first time...
are you planning to find out the sex the second time around?
DH told me he wants it to be a "surprise" in the delivery room this time... and that he wanted it to be a surprise the first time but since i wanted to know, we found out  i don't remember him telling me that...
anyways, i still want to know since i'm a planner. i told him, i could find out and just keep it a secret from him. he said yeah, right, i'd know b/c of all the shopping you'd do once you found out (he's right) 
so, just curious as to what you ladies are planning to do?

We found out for this one after a major standoff with DH. He really didn't want to know. He made me sign a "contract" that we wouldn't find out for one of our future children.  I'm already starting to look for loop holes for when #2 comes along so I can find out again!

i actually considered this (i am on #1 but am already planning for #2 ) - i thought it would be so exciting for DH to get to go into the waiting room and announce what the baby is!
but truthfully, i think we'll end up finding out. we are both very impatient people (okay, well i am, and it rus off on him )

I would be more inclined to be surprised the 2nd time around. HOWEVER, I am a control freak and I don't think I would be able to go through with it.

I found out with first pregnancy and this time around dh and i decided we want the surprise in the delivery room. This may be our last pregnancy so we want that little surprise at the very end. Im really excitted.
eta: i already gave my dh specific instructions to make sure hes right there when the baby comes out and for him to tell me boy or girl.. i want him to know something before me b/c i knew i was prego before him.
