For people who order off of Ticketmaster..question..
Usually when I place an order, I get a confirmation email right away after placing. I opted for e-fast to print my tickets out and I know that sometimes takes a while to be sent.
But I looked in my email and there is no confirmation order, theres nothing in my account on ticketmaster.com itself. Has it taken a while for ticketmaster to send you anything in your experience? I was so excited for the tickets I got and now it looks like something didnt go through?!?!

I would give them a call. I just ordered tickets last week, and got a confirmation right away. I am having them mailed to me, but I just got the confirmaton that they were printed as well.

I bought tickets on Sunday and got a confirmation within 24 hours. I would call Ticketmaster and get this straightened out right away!

Actually I just placed the order an hour ago. It usually comes right away..but it hasnt.
Should I wait 24 hours for a confirmation email first?

Check the credit card you used to order. Usually they charge right away, if you don't see a charge you should definitely give them a call.

It's happened to me. You can go to your account online & click on Order Status or history to see if the order was placed.
