? for the ladies due this month - crib sheets
I have to admit I am coming up with the stupiest questions latelly. I am even impressing myself.
Did you put the crib sheet in the crib yet?
Why am I thinking it is too early and it will be full of dust?
Should I just put it in and VOILA.... the nursery is all set?

i was thinking the same as you, and will prob put it in next week, plus our will be in our room the 1st couple of months so i will def be washing the sheet in the crib in his room anyway over the next months as It'll be just for show for a while, the sheet for our co-sleeper though i will wash this week and put it away in the linen closet till he comes as we are not setting up the co-sleeper till we come home for the hospital (b/c of space purposes)

I had the same thought since I set up the nursery a while ago and now it is dusty, but I'm not goinmg to wash everything again.
I just said to my mom tonight about trying to be so clean... I'm sorry, but DH and I aren't always the cleanest and this is where the baby is going to live, so it might as well get used to us!

I decided to put in on and hold off on the sheet saver. I will just put the sheet saver on top when baby is here.

We put ours in a couple of weeks ago but I will wash it again before we put the baby in the crib.

Sophie- I had the crib set up about 3 weeks before I was due. We planned on and put DS in bassinett for the first 2 1/2 weeks. So the crib was set up and made for about 5 weeks before DS slept in it.

Re: ? for the ladies due this month - crib sheets
I have the crib made up, did it a week or so ago, even though she won't be in it for several months. I worry about dust like a mad woman, but I guess I'll see the feeling I get when it's time for her to go in her crib-- if I feel it needs to be re-washed, I will do it (right now I have the comforter in the crib, so it's kind of covering it anyway).
