Its really nice but the taxes are high for Levittown right?
You know where I am and those are higher than mine and I have an extra half bath...and im on a bigger lot too

That is normal taxes for Levittown. You are getting a house with a Double Dormer, and a nice size property. Taxes in Levittown are slightly higher, because there are no stores in Levittown, All commercial property is in the island trees schools. The house is in the Salk/ Mac Arthur school zone, and you cannot forget that in levittown schools the star discount is around $1300.

Its not a LIPA thing, its a property tax relief program...

Wow, that's a nice find. We looked at a lot of houses in Levittown, and this house is in my favorite area of it. A good price for a "diamond" colonial, for sure.

A very good school district. My DH went to in Island Trees schools and we currently live in the district. Taxes are cheaper than Levittown schools, which is great.
