For those 3rd trimester gals...
I just read that our belly will grow a half an inch EACH WEEK from now on....

34 weeks and so far no strech marks... I keep hoping and praying they don't make an appearance!
I can totally believe we are growing that much... my belly is getting in the way whey I sit at my desk now!!!

Just be happy you don't have my belly with a brontosaurus and excess amniotic fluid. The amount of stretch marks I have gotten over the past 6 weeks is unreal. It looks like a topographic map of mountains.

I have been looking for the stretch and its not happening. I kinda want a big belly. But I have to get away from the mentality that big belly means bigger baby.

belly...I read this too...I think it means like if measured from the top, over the belly, to the bottom. Like...the whole thing...not just up or out.

This doesn't help when people in my building at work are saying things to me like "you can't possibly have that many more weeks to go Poor thing...seems like you have been pregnant forever"

I think that this depends on how you are carrying...Im 30 weeks and relatively small belly, no stretch marks and I still feel like he has room to gown into...I mean the baby is growing but I think .5 inches a week is a lot!
