For Those Having a Boy...
DH is trying to convince me to buy the
Pee Pee TeePee
I was thinking of using a washcloth or a baby wipe as a shield...he's more in love with the teepee 
What do you think?

Not getting one.
I have 2 nephews and a 3rd on the way - I've never gotten sprayed.
Although I can't wait - I know DH will and I'm going to laugh hysterically!!!!!!!!
I don't plan on warning him either, mean I know, but come on isn't it common sense?

So not necessary. I have never been sprayed by DS but when I change his diaper I just put a baby wipe over the pee pee, just in case.
I change his diaper before each bottle so he is generally "empty" by then, so I think he has only peed during a diaper change 2x since coming home from the hospital.

I don't have this for my son. At this point, I just cover him with the clean diaper till it's time for a change. He doesn't squirt that much. He did get me once, not a big deal. Most of the time it hit the wall or something like that.

I never use mine. I use one Viva paper towel. So, I am using one more thing rthat goes in the trash but it is just a paper towel. Viva has a lot of uses. They are very soft, yet strong.

They did not work at all for us! I think they are cute and funny...but so not functional.
The second the baby moves on the changing table the tee pee falls off. All he had to do was move a leg and it toppled off, lol.
A diaper or cloth quickly placed on top worked wonders! But we still got sprayed here and there..its a rite of passage when you have a boy!

They are hilarious, but I think DS has sprayed himself more than he has sprayed me
I just put a baby wipe or paper towel over him if I think it might happen. Usually it happens after I have been cleaning him up after a huge poop and in that case, I wouldn't use the tee pee anyway.

I decided not to get them after all since it doesn't seem practical. I still find them cute and crack up everytime I see them though!

These are funny little gags, but really, all you need to do is put a diaper or a burpy cloth over his little doo dad while you are changing him - we rarely got sprayed....

My son was a squirter and you want to know what worked on him? A cold wipe! so everytime I would change him, I'd put a wipe (I didn't use a warmer either) and put it on his peepee. I guess being that the wipe was cold, it would make his peepee shrivel and he wouldn't pee on me.
