for those of you or someone you know that sells on Etsy
Do you charge tax to anyone who orders and lives out of state? Some states don't charge sales tax, but do i charge it anyway since I'm based out of new york and we do charge it? even if I'm shipping to a different state?

Pretty sure your "supposed" to because as a business your " supposed" to declare quarterly or annual taxes and pay on what you've sold.

Personally I shop on etsy a lot and have never been charged tax unless most vendor just mark up their prices a little to cover the tax.
