What were your expectations of them?

what types of questions should i ask them before booking?

any tips on what i should know about booking a vendor like this?

what should i make sure i have on hand for them?

how early did they come in reference to party time? meal time?
TIA!

How big of a BBQ? I have hired companies for events (company picnics/family reunions etc.)

Usually they include:
Food (you pick the menu - and most will include a dessert like ices or ice cream cups)
Condiments
Paper Goods
Soda/Water (some not all will supply this as part of the price)

They come, set up (based on the time you want to eat they will tell you what time they need to arrive to have everything ready) They serve buffet style

Clean up of their stuff and go. The time frame they stay depends on how big of an event.

We hired the BBQ King last year for DD 1st birthday and they were great!!! So worth the money and not even that expensive. They have different menu options you can choose from. I dont remember what time they came but it was def before the party started. They do it all the time so you give them the start time and the time u want your food served and they will let you know the standard appranace time. There were two guys who came. So polite. Cooked extra food for us so we would have extra leftovers when they left.

some questions off top of my head:
1. what food is included in your package
2. what drinks, if any are offered
3. what side dishes
4. is dessert offered?
5. are condiments and plates included?
6. what do you need to supply for them?
