I try to go at least 4x I would like to go 5x. I only went once this week since my little one is sick. I am having withdrawls! lol!

i do Zumba at least 7 days a week.. not always at the gym, but i am getting my certification next month so i do it at home as well.
i do Zumba -
Mondays at 9:30am & 7:45pm
Tues at 7:45pm
Wed at home
Thurs 7pm
Friday 9:30am & 7m
Sat 10am
Sundays at home

wow, so your an instructor?
I am asking cause I go usually 2 twice a week at my gym. But I love it. It's the only workout that I have so much fun. So I was wondering if I can do it 4 or 5 days.
I guess I can!

i will be certified next month, but i do go up and teach a few songs, i don't have a full set list to teach an entire class yet.
most of the instructors i go to know i am getting certified so they put me on stage so i can get comfortable instructing.

OK one more question...
what kind of sneakers do you wear? Do you wear Zumba sneakers? I am thinking I am wearing the wrong sneakers and that's why my knees are so sore!

I go at least 3 times a week. I go Thurs nights, and Sat and Sun mornings. Now that my DH is not working I sometimes go Mon nights as well.
I wear regular Nike sneakers.
