For those of you who line your lower lash line... a Q
do you line it all the way across, or just 1/2 way?
I was watching "What Not To Wear" last night and Carmendie said that people with small-ish eyes (me) should only put eyeliner on their lower lash line 1/2 way (from the outer eye in). otherwise, it will make your eyes seem smaller.

huh  never heard this before. so you should only line the outer half on the bottom? I guess it's worth a try. How would it make your eyes seem smaller I wonder?

I go about three quarters of the way in and then put gold or white on the inside corner out to blend it in so that it is nice and bright in that inner corner

I do the same.
I also love to use silver on the inside corners.

My mom told me way back when I was first starting to wear makeup to only line them to the point where the colored part of your eye starts, closest to the inside corner of your eye. That is where I line up to. I've shared the tip with a few friends at work and they've been happy with the results.
