For those of you who own Modcloth clothing

How do you care for it? A lot of their items say to hand wash. Do you actually do this, or just put on gentle in your washing machine? How about drying?

This is my pet peeve. I hate hand washing and try to stick to things that are machine washable. I find they last longer too. But the clothes at Modcloth are so cute! How do they hold up?

I own a bunch of their stuff. For the most part the qaulity is excellent. I've only washed some sweaters and they've held up very well. Dresses I always dry clean. I imagine cold gentle wash and air drying would be fine too but I'm lazy and hate ironing!

So you do the sweaters on gentle cycle and then tumble dry low?

I wouldn't put any sweater in the dryer.
I always lay my sweaters flat to dry or use a drying rack to lay them flat.

That's what I do as well! Drying can shrink or make them misshapen.
