For those selling your house, a new marketing idea.
We drive by this house that is being built every day on our way to school. The kids get excited to see how quickly it went from a hole in the ground to an actual house.
Today we drove by - they've put a huge top floor on. The house is almost twice the size of our little house.
I knew I was going to hear a comment as we went by...
"Mom...mom...look!! They are SOOOOO lucky!!"
"I know it's a big house."
"Big house? No..no...they have a porta potty in the front yard!"
"Um, Joe..you know that the porta potty is for the construction crew & is temporary, right?"
"What? They are CRAZY to get rid of that!"
