For those that are home with the kids this week.. What are your plans?
I'm looking for some ideas.
We can't afford to go away but, I don't want to sit home everyday either. I wanna have some serious fun. Work has been CRAZY!
So far...
Monday: ???
Tuesday: LICM to see Brad Rymer sing. He looks cute and he gives money to autism and some of his songs are about autism. Sounds fun!
Wednesday: We have tickets to see "Potato needs a bath" A toddler play at the New Victory Theatre (LOVE THIS PLACE) in NYC. Lunch also.
Thursday:???
Friday: ???
Saturday: Maybe bringing my Mom's dogs to the "dog day's" at Westbury Garden.. maybe.
Sunday: Easter
Monday: ???
Tuesday: ?????
I have plans to make plans with 2 girls but, nothing is set. We may be going to the Brooklyn Aquarium one day.
What are you doing?

Today: GTG with a friend at our house, then park in the PM
Tomorrow: Either Bronx Zoo or Aquarium depending on weather
Then definitely going to the vineyards (bringing DD along, I'm the driver), a friend's house, and probably shopping - maybe Tanger. Might do an easter egg hunt on Saturday in town.

I'm not sure how old your DS is, but I am planning on taking my girls to the movies to see Hop.

we're doing an easter egg hunt on saturday and going to the aquarium wednesday. We're gonna try to do a petting zoo on a nice day also.

What petting zoos are around besides White Post? Liam loves those!
Also, where are easter egg hunts? Any recs for good ones?

He's two next month. I don't think he will sit through a movie. Maybe though??

yeah i dont think my DD would sit though a movie at almost 2 years either.
We're further east so we're gonna try the petting zoo in manorville.
check out lifeonlongisland.com they have a list of egg hunts. also check out your local fire department and churches. Our FD and church are sponsoring egg hunts for the kids this weekend.
