For those that buy/shop online
Your on a website for the first time and you like what you see and wouldn't mind buying a few things from them.
My question is?
1: Does the website have to have a Phone number listed?
2: Would a contact page be good enough for you?
3: Does it need a mailing address?
Years ago for sure but I'm seeing a trend and the 3 above are not listed anymore.

If it is not an "established" site I will not purchase something from someone without a phone number. I want a contact us button with a dedicated email address. While a physical address would be nice, I don't specifically look for that. As long as the company is registered with their state business directory (which for NY and NJ) that info is available on the internet, so I am fine if its not on the website but really it makes it much easier if it is. HTH

I'll buy from anywhere that has the price I want to pay.
I am not worried about fraud. That is what the credit card is for. If I don't get the product, I buy from somewhere else.
Many mom and pop companies who sell on the web don't post phone numbers. Not a big deal really.

Thanks for addressing my concerns. I really didn't want to have my address or number listed on the site I'm designing. But I did't want to scare potential customers off because of those 3 things.
