? for those that have had ankle swelling lately.....

My ankles began swelling a little over a month ago. But this past week they haven't been gigantic. I'm trying to figure out if I'm finally doing well by staying off my feet, or if other people have less swelling recently.

Mine have been a bit better lately, too. I think it's probably a combo of less humidity and I've also been able to stay off my feet more than last week.

I've had less swelling in my ankles too, I just figured it was from the milder weather/decrease in humidity. Strange though because my fingers feel swollen more now! My rings are tight
