I'm currently re-reading "The Six Wives of Henry VIII" by Alison Weir and the truth behind the stories is as captivating as the fiction. Def recommend this book.

Alison Weir is non fiction though. If you are looking for more fiction along the same story lines, try Jean Plaidy. Her books are old, so only some are available but she wrote tons of books based on the British royalty.

It's nonfiction, though it is so well written and interesting that it does read like historical fiction.
