I have been eating a lot of fruit, apple sauce and jello. It seems to be helping a bit.

McDonald's.

I don't change my diet, but I drink more juice (usually apple) if I get backed up. Works like a charm.

I try to eat fruit and leafy veggies. Kiwi fruit, which has a very mild laxative effect, and dried plums are my friend.

so far im not backed up but in the past i've eaten pineapples and celery...supposedly even if u chew them to death they stay chunky so it pushes throught your intestines and helps you go.
