For those who charted/chart...ADDED CHART
When I started the ttc process, I did this religiously, but when the dr told us we were having issued, I kinda stopped, but just took my temp the first few days just to make sure I o'd.
This month since I didn't get a high or peak reading on the CBE monitor, I started taking my temp every morning. Even with no reading on the monitor FF said I o'd last Saturday, so I'm 7dpo. Well, today it took a dip past the coverline. Now others would get excited and think that it's implantion, but I've had this happen before and AF shows up within a week.
Could this mean my body wanted to, but didnt get pg?? Image Attachment(s):

Thats a difficult question - did your tem go up again yet - I honestly do not remember what's supposed to happen

This month, it was today that the temp dropped, but at least twice before, yes, my temp went back up, only to go down a few days later...

The problem with PCOS - and the reason the Drs. don't recommend temping - is that there are very few clear temp shifts.
I know when I charted on Clomid, I clearly ovulated each month, but my temps were all over the place and would dip below the coverline a couple of times before AF would show.
Look at the charts of some other people - namely not PCOS sufferer and see how straight their lines are, you will realize how different yours looks in general.

I'm more confused and terrified more than ever. I was never diagnosed with PCOS, but my sister does. She didn't get AF for over a year before she went to the dr. I O every month, almost at the same time. This is the first time that I don't know if I did. The temp dips is what was originally concerning me, but now, I don't know what the heck is going on with my body.
That's it. I'm calling an RE.

When you mentioned that you O every month how did you determine this? Through an Ovulation Kit Or temping?
I only ask because you could still have menstrual flow without actually ovulating. If so, then you might want to check to see if you do suffer from PCOS.

Actually, your chart looks pretty good. Not to get your hopes up...but it should be interesting to see what your temps do over the next week or so.

I always used an OPK, so I KNOW I O every month. This month, nothing. Not high or peak on the CBE monitor, but I didn't go out and buy any other kind. I just started temping since I felt that I would O around CD 14 like I always do. FF says I did, but not the monitor which is bugging me out this month!!

FF took out the O day line. I guess I didn't O. My temps never went back up.
Now on to another issue I may be having .
I am so upset right now, and yet have to smile. get in my car ,and go to work.
I truly hate this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
