this is why I'm thinking I missed my O by screwing up my OPK. I think I still safely BDd but now I just don't know when to stop BDing since technically I never got the "O" go ahead according to my "dip sticks"

Well I would guess to be absolutely sure you could just keep BD every other day.
How many months have you had a regular cycle? At this point my cycle has been 27-28 days and I O on day 14. This has happened for 6 months in a row so I will probably stop doing OPK's. So I'm basically willing to take that chance that I will just be able to "tell" when I'm O'ing. Did you have any other symptoms of O around your normal time?

Day 15 has been my latest since I've been tracking. Day 11 was my earliest.

Re: For those who have a pretty regular cycle 28-29 days...
I usually o'd around 20 or 21, with a 30 day cycle... my LP was short, the more I took the prenatals and the more time passed, my LP became longer... which is a good thing.
So maybe if you start your prenatals (which is good to be taking if you are already TTC) I think over time you LP might get a little longer.
Good Luck.

I have been taking prenatals for a little over a month now (although I'm guilty of skipping a few times!)

I've literally always had a regular cycle even when I went off the pill!
I had AF like cramps (not as severe of course) around the time I thought I should be Oing and my CM was what I thought it should be.
If I have to keep BDing.....I'll just keep on, keepin on!

this is such a dumb question, but how do you know when you are O'd?? I mean besides reading the charts.
