Well, I just made invites on photoshop and printed them out onto card stock paper. For 250 sheets of paper, it cost me $9.99. The envelopes were 6.99 for 250. I'm not counting the cost of ink...but I'd say to do it yourself, is the cheapest way.

I did marissa's Christening and first b-day invites I bought a package that had the cardstock invites and the envelopes for like $25 in staples. So for me that was the cheapest way to go. I mean you may have to get ink and if you wantto use labels to put on the envelopes that's usually around $15 to $25 depending on the amount of labels and type of labels you buy and wher you buy them from I say making them at home a is the cheapest

Not an invitation, but I just made our birth announcement with Photoshop and I'm going to have them printed from winkflash. It's only 38 cents for 5x7 size which includes the envelopes too.
