For those with heartburn who have taken Tums
Do you take them after you eat? OR When the heartburn starts?

When it starts.
I find they work pretty fast and I don't ALWAYS need them, so I hate to take them if they aren't necessary.

i took it when the HB began. be careful not to take too many each day - they can cause constipation
