For those with the Peg Perego Pilko stroller....
You know that loop on the back of the seat? I always thought you hook the harness to that so the baby sorta stays attached to the back of the seat. Is that not the purpose of it? Do you just strap your baby in and they can lean forward as much as they want?

I think that is what it's for too. But I usually just strap his legs. He's only 5 months and he is just learning to sit up. He doesnt like to be stuck to the back of the seat.

yup hook it to the loop...IMO, that is the only downfall to the stroller, it comes off easily...

The Pliko has something called the floating harness. The loop is there to attach the harness if you wish if not you can leave it unattached. The theory is that it still straps in the kids but gives them freedom of movement KWIM?

exactly! I don't use the loop though, I just strap in their legs.

me too, but now I'm thinking that I might try not hooking it so DD can move around more.

Re: For those with the Peg Perego Pilko stroller....
When my DS first started sitting up in the stroller I would hook it, but as he got older I stopped hooking it so he could move around. Now that he's almost 2 I don't even use the shoulder straps anymore-he'd just wiggle his arms out anyway!

It is to hook it on...its easier to strap them in that way...but its supposed to come out easily to give the kids more flexability and room to move. I think this makes them less fussy since they can look around and not be so tied down.

Got it. Do you feel like your kids can fall out though if it's not attached to the back?
