For work-yay or nay?
I am deciding..these are very cute on..I am a teacher..can I wear them?? Cole Haan shoes

Not sure what your dress code is but they look enough like shoes vs sneakers to me that I'd say yes, they are ok for work!

At my school, there is no dress code so those would be fine. When I worked at a school with an unofficial (strictly enforced) dress code, those would not be fine.

I'd say nay. My job would *probably* let it slide, especially in the summer or on Fridays, but they wouldn't really be part of the dress code either.

With black pants and a button down top I don't see why everyone is saying these wouldn't be OK?
They don't look like you're going to the gym - they look like high end shoes to me!

Yep agree! Ive seen these in person too. They are NICE. Also feel light as air.

In the pictures, it looks like you can see the white soles when looking at them straight on- that would make it a no for me, b/c that makes it look like a sneaker.
