Forever 21 makes baby clothes
I went to the one in the source mall and saw a collection of baby clothes in there. It was so cute.

Their quality is horrible IMO. You can wear the clothes a couple of times before they fall apart. That's why they are so inexpensive though.

My sister bought Noah some shirts from Forever 21 and the quality has been pretty good. One shirt in particular has probably been washed now 20 times and its still in great shape! And its a hot shirt...it says Rock Star and I love it!!
